Crashing in Pluraleyes and Premiere Pro CC

ok question for all of you editors out there. I'm editing video in Premiere Pro CC. I'm trying to use Pluraleyes to sync the camera and off camera audio, but it crashes every time during the media optimization stage. The guys over at RedGiant say it's because the File Paths in Premiere are showing up as UNC paths and not as a drive letter.

I have a Synology NAS and mapped the network folder where all of media assets reside to a drive letter and that's how it shows up in Premiere by default. Is there any way to get the file paths in Premiere to show up as a drive letter without moving 4TB of content to a local drive?
