aristocratic3d
HI, I am receiving less work than normal last one month. I understand it was end of the year and Christmas but it has been a month after Christmas already. Do you think my portfolio is obsolete or need to have items/renderings of different choice? My past works: http://www.getrendering.com/ Your feedback and suggestions are most welcome. Thanks! Abdullah
RyderSK
Christmass and after is usually more quite in terms of bussiness, that's a fact. Didn't you want to start 30men studio last month though... ?
Justin Hunt
I usually find December is crazy busy, January is a write off and the next thing you know its December again. Things usually pick up halfway through February.

aristocratic3d
HI, As I mentioned in that thread that The flow of work is not the same always. Some time I feel like "I wish if I had 20 men". Some times 10 are too many to feed. So that 20 men studio would smoothly work if I could generate some in-house ongoing work. (Like building a model library or building some cities) Having 20 artists was not my "planning" but an idea only (planning was to have one in next month and then one more if there are sufficient work to feed him. Anyway The possibility raised for two reasons: 1. low salary range. 2. And almost no rent. (I already moved to my new office this month.) the building is own by one of my friend's father. Anyway, when I thought it might be possible while I did not know all of the pros and cons. I asked you for suggestions. I Did not receive positive feedback from you. I stepped back from that idea of 20 artists for now. Our studio already has 6 men including me. Another problem that I think will occur after recruiting two more artists is the quality of work. I will need another senior artist for quality control. when I think deeper I feel like things are more difficult that I thought. Thanks Justin Hunt for your comment. I hope things will pick up soon. @ Juraj, I am a great fan of your work. That "Icelandic coastal house" work was incredible. When I look at my work I feel it looks great. Thanks god that I have opportunity to see some of your work and be inspired from that. when I compare my work with yours. I see my work does not look good. Any comment or suggestion on my work/ my website/ my approach would be highly appreciated. I am kinda concerned about the quality of my work if its not great enough to get prospective customer. Again Thanks guys for your support. its really helpful for me. Christmass and after is usually more quite in terms of bussiness, that's a fact.
