I used that two terms (IP and Copyrights) because the words mean two different things. Why mythical? All i am saying is: The copyright protects your IP... The sad thing is that the archviz obviously has to state this/make things clear since other people do not know about copyrights of pictures..or they simply do not care.

Agree to this, just was confusing in original post.

 

Maybe not sad, but still unfortunate but I presume photographers and agencies had to fight for their right of credit for long time (although I have zero knowledge of how this came to existence, just guessing it didn't take few weeks), and Archviz being specific both in its relative youth as discipline, and in specific connection to specialized client who isn't own publisher in most cases.

 

I would be quite interested in seeing how the "credit mention" line looks in contracts of those who have it on this forum. Sure, we can find a general formula on every photography centric website, but architects are architects.
