jessah
Hi Everyone! So, I've been working on landscape project, and I'm using 3ds max. The problem is with the lighting. I've used the Vray Sun, tried changing the multiplier of the sun, environment, but nothing seems to work. This is the result I got: Even when the multiplier is very low, the brightness is the same.. Before using the vray sun, the result was this: If you know how to fix this problem, please help. Thank you.
paneli
Apply VrayPhisicalCamera instead of max camera Or Apply vray exposure control in the environment settings (8)
Scott Schroeder
When you get an incompatible warning it's not just a suggestion. I'd start there and work your way back. Even if you aren't using any sort of exposure, and low multiplier should compensate for it. However, incompatible materials/objects won't render correctly and thus could lead to strange blowouts. If you are trouble shooting the sun, what are the other 19 lights in your scene doing? Also, this belongs in the Vray thread. You'll get more help there.
