Where can I find information about our clients?

Hello,

Do any of you know a good place on the internet or elsewhere where I can find information about the people that are our clients?

I guess it is very important, like in any business, to know what your prospects wishes and frustrations are. What are they thinking? What are they looking for? What are their frustrations working with designers like ourselfs?

I could try to make a survey myself, but it is rather time-consuming I think. :-)

Does anyone know a good source for this?

Thanks in advance!

I think just by being keenly attuned to verbal and non-verbal language you can get an accurate sense of what someone's attitude is.

I once a delivered a rendering for my boss to a big architect in NYC. He kicked a chair across the room and shouted "I said TEAK! This

looks like Gdamn walnut!" with other expletives. We deduced he was displeased with what we showed him.

Seriously though, sometimes subtle suggestions can carry a huge significance. Listen carefully.

Thanks for your answer.

Glassdoor is an interesting website, but it talks more about companies and their employees itself, not about the relationships between those companies.

I'm sure that careful listening to your clients can teach you a lot, but I was more hoping for some kind of statistic material...
