Woody
Hi Chaps, Need your help again. I've just completed a 4000x4000 render with Light Tracer in Max 5. All the settings are set to default, appart from: The filter size being 1 Having 1 bounce and having 150 Rays. I've got a number of bright green pixels appering on the image, just wondered if any of you guys/girls had had it and how you fixed it? Cheers. doodler
Hiya mark. ARRRGGHHHHH the dreaded green pixles!!! its something to do with a reflection map you have on a material. and it UVW map settings. If i were you id go through your scene and materials and one by one turn off the reflection maps on your materials and re render, process of elimination really... bugger when it happens tough.... Good luck

tvc15
You can also go into the properties of the objects with raytraced materials and exclude them from advanced lighting. Thats what I do for windows with reflections since light tracer doesn't go through transparent materials anyway.
