please could you give me some feeback on this visual.

I would say it just looks washed out. The top of the background building has a nice color contrast but the part below gets washed out. The yellow roof panels on the left are getting washed out. The sky/clouds are washed out. Maybe some slightly colored cars would make it more realistic. The view is kinda static being so straight on.

There is no focus of visual interest. Your eye just wanders looking for something but comes up empty. The vanishing point of the perspective goes to nothing special just fencing. Add some color to the cars, the image needs contrast. Play with the time of day and find the best shadows, add AO , maybe a super model with keys in her hand to tell the story. I stress TELL THE STORY.

Yes I guess that would be good. I agree that there is not much contrast in the image.. for example the sky could add some more interest. The yellow panels could have a more metallic texture and less of highlights....different color cars would be good for the image too or maybe some cars on the driveway. About the angle... well that was chosen by the client.. so I do not know if i can change that one but as a personal preference i would try something more different

yes better with more foreground dark contrast as well as the super duper model well in this case i will have to put a arab supermodel maybe.. I have added AO just a 25% of it.
