markfenollar Posted August 10, 2014 Share Posted August 10, 2014 Hi everybody. I'm making an isometric adventure game with pre-rendered backgrounds and 3D characters. I'm struggling to find a way to render an orthographic depth pass in vray to occlude the 3D characters as they pass behind pre-rendered objects. I believe this is the technique used for Pillars of Eternity by Obsidian. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
