Startup advices (employees, new projects)

Hi everyone,

I work as a freelancer for 6 years now an I decided to establish my own studio with few employees. Because I don't have the capital for buying all the licenses and hardware I started to look for start-up investors. Fortunately I found one, he liked my business plan and I was told that he would like to invest into my business under one condition that I will have an experienced salesman in my team for getting new clients and projects.

I have hard time finding such a person. It looks that here in Czech Republic is lack of salesmen and you cant find one unless you have a big company. I would really like some advises how to fix this and how to get things going.
