Stephen Hughes
Hi Guys, Does anyone know how to solve the problem of the Color Correction map looking different on VrayRT compared with a normal Vray VFB render? So i have a brick wall. And i want the brick colour to be slightly more saturated, and darker. So i apply the color-correction map to the diffuse of my vray material. I fire up VrayRT for the instant feedback of my color-correction. I make the adjustments, little darker, little more saturation, and on the VrayRT window it looks perfect - just how i want it.....But....then i try to render the image on the regular Vray VFB and the material that had the color-correction looks wrong - very different to how it appeared on RT. It's as if the values i had applied were exaggerated in some way. Anyway, if there's a simple solution anyone has come across it would be great if you could share it, maybe its a bug with VrayRT. I love using color correction, and love going around the scene in VrayRT tweaking all materials before final rendering, but if these two don't work together then maybe using the color-correction isn't an option for the time being. Any advice appreciated. Stevie.
