nawash
Check this video, guys. My mind is blowing imagining what could be done in archviz and 3D configurators with those 2 toys Someone else feels the same ? Francisco Penaloza
well... one of my co workers bought one of this thingy, and it look pretty cool doing all those "game" things but when he try to apply it to a real app, it felt a part really quick, some way he set it up to control orbiting in REVIT and control some stuf in sketchup, it was very wobbly and not precise at all, also the key controls or "mouse" short cut didn't work as they supposed, so it is a cool technology growing for sure, but real application now, not really. Hopefully they can advance fast enough to enjoy it.
nawash
Yes, I've heard some similar critics about leap motion precision but it seems the SDK 2 beta version solves these (how ?) and the API gives much more controls on the hand bones. I got to find some time to experience this. Sure thing is it's much more game and archviz compatible than "pro production" compatible. ... BTW, I'm quite curious to know how your coworker did this in REVIT...
