heni30
I was just wondering about the quality and reliability of turnkey systems from the large manufacturers. I saw it has a 280w psu which makes me wonder about what other corners they might have cut. I would never buy one normally but this seems like a really good deal. http://i105.photobucket.com/albums/m202/heni30/NODE_zps6783430b.jpg Edited September 29, 2014 by heni30
jasonstewart
Seems like a good deal to me. This is used I guess? The PSU does seem slightly small but you can upgrade for like $35 so I wouldn't worry about that too much. It says it can go up to 32gb so that leads me to believe it is a ATX board, that is a good sign. Likely the number of expansion slots is limited but for a node that makes no difference. I bet that it isnt a z97 board but that won't really matter all that much since you will be using the integrated graphics anyways. I guess the only downside is that it isnt a unlocked processor so you wont be able to OC but that may be a non issue for you. Depending on the age I bet it is a 4770 rather than 4790.
