Help needed. White screen appears after renderin with vray in 3ds max

Please somebody help me. I am using 3ds Max 2010 and Vray adv 2.40.03. I am working on a interior scene and when i render, sometimes it is ok but most of the time it render white screen. I tried everything with the lights, even turned it off but the result is always the same - white screen. (When i load the file, mesage of missing external file appears).

Can somebody help me with a advice?
