MarcellusW
So I am in a pickle: I downloaded some 3ds max scripts from what I think are legitimate sources. I ran them tonight, started adding them to my user interface using the "customize user interface" tool bar. So the problem is I didn't realize I was modifying the keyboard tab at first, i clicked a couple of buttons. I later added what I need to the right menu interface. The problem is now that all my hotkeys, e.g. "delete", "ctrl+z" do not work anymore. I've gone back to the customize interface panel and tried to reset the keyboard hotkeys. Still doesn't work. Any ideas short of re-installing max? Using 3ds Max 2010x64 version.

nileshbhagwat
have you save the hot keys it should be in the root directory of 3dsmax
Corey Beaulieu
I believe that if you simply delete the UI file, Max will recreate a fresh one on the next start. You will lose the custom actions, but your defaults should be restored.
