3ds max 2014 turns off at building light cache not rams issue

Hello everybody

I've just finished a semi-complex scene in 3ds Max 2014 , it's size 134 mb

11 million polys

my specs

core i7 4770k

32gb of ram

windows 7 ultimate 64 bit

when i hit render , 3ds max turns off at building light cache.

it happens when using multiscatter or not.

it happens with a lot of scenes like night scenes when there is many of light sources.

it happens when start new scene with few objects .

is that hardware issue or software issue ?

thanx for all replies

it seems that 3ds max 2014 doesn't like standard materials & standard lights like (photometric web ,...etc)

when i hit vray scene converter it change all things to vray even photometric web lights to vray ies with the same values

all things went be fine

problem solved

i found the solution

3ds max 2014 vray 3.0 get nerve from any standard material

or any standard light (photometric web)

when i hit vray scene converter in right click menu

all thing became stable but all instance light became vray ies with copy not instance

multiscatter have a big issue with normal bumb

i hope that help every one
