Max 2014 Perspective Match

Hello,

 

I am trying to calibrate Max camera lens according to my Canon camera. I got very good matching results with 3 photos. However, the utility produced different lens size for each photo, although they were all taken with the same lens. I hoped that once I calibrate the camera I could match perspectives also in photos that don't contain sufficient XYZ information. I would appreciate any reamrks on the subject.

Whenever I have used this, I get the same thing. You can force a lens on the perspective match tool after you get the first match and then move your lines again. It is a process, but for best matches is worth the effort.

 

If you aren't happy with the PM Tool, you can always just manually match using the new 2D Zoom feature.
