[Newbe question] Can I "free transform" in After Effects?

Hello guys.

 

It'ss my first post here, and it's about a problem that I am having.

 

I work with CG (3d modeling) for few months, and started to study After Effects.

 

So my partner sold a project with a short movie, I dont know how to explain exactly, but I need to put the rendered video on a real recored video.

My partner sold it without ask me if I am capable to do it but I am not ready yet.

 

My problem is: I need to adapt some points of the rendered video to match the 3D streets with the real footage. I tried scale, rotate, etc.. But when I fit in one point, I lost the point on another.

 

How can I do to adjust this? Changing the position of one point without changing another.
