3ds Max - Multi-matte Render elements & transparency

Does anyone know how I can get my multi matte material render elements to work with glass transparency?

As far as i know it does not support transparency. Fastest way to get that render element would be to rerender with the glass hidden and turn everything off basically, and then save the render element.
