D C
Materials need some work. You need to spend some time working up your texture maps in Photoshop. There is also some tiling occurring on your wall and ceiling. The red wood on your stairs and wall seem too dark and saturated. I would add some sharper reflections to your back wall. The sofas look a little drab and lifeless; I would add some colour to them or add some contrast to them in Photoshop. Have you added any ambient occlusion? If you haven't I would look into it but if it’s already in there it needs tweaking. This should really bring out the detail in the image. Chris MacDonald
Whilst I agree with all of the comments above, my first concern would be; what room is it? It looks like it should be an office/reception, but has living room furniture in it - I really cannot make heads or tails of what you're trying to show. harryhirsch
agree with Chris and Dan...that room looks like a hotel lobby with living room furniture. I would get some daylight in. The stair is blocked by that desk thing

It will add some depth and contrast to a part of the image thats looking a bit clinical at the moment.
