branskyj
Hi all, 3DS Max user here, not even sure if I shouldn't post that in the 3DS Max section but anyway... I was rendering with State Sets these days and for some reason the server at work went down during the weekend which resulted in a I/O error message in the middle of the rendering (I cannot remember the exact message though). The rendering got stuck and could not of course continue. I was wondering if situations like that are avoidable? Is there a way to tell Max to start saving the files to a different location (the local PC maybe) or even save the files to two different locations to begin with and if for some reason one of them fails to just ignore that location from then on? I understand this is a very specific question, but still... you never know Thanks a lot, guys.
