3DS Max 2015 MCloth clothing flying upwards, even without wind.

So this is probably going to be a stupid issue, but I can't figure it out. I have a piece of clothing and a character. On the character I have the following modifiers:

Cloth: Object is set as Collision.

MassFX Rigid Body: Set to body type static and using default settings.

On the clothing I have the following:

GarmentMaker

Cloth: Set to cloth type Spandex, already simulated and has the body set as it's collision object. The rest is defaults.

MCloth: Set to Dynamic, everything else is defaults.

Now when I simulate it in the MassFX toolbar, the shirt flies upwards like there's an air vent underneath it, stops at the chin of the character and squishes itself before freaking out. I'm not sure what is going on, and I've already played with so many settings to no avail.

And if this makes any difference, I'm working in generic units.

I've included screenshots of, not only the problem itself, but the settings of each modifier as well.
