chuck
trying to get a handle on vray... what do you think?
Tim Nelson
wow, looks like you've got a GREAT handle on it! I really like the atmosphere it creates.
pmanahan
I don't know V-ray but it looks good to me. The comments I have are not related to V-Ray. Not a lot of privacy if you are sitting on the toilet and the mirror does not read much like a mirror, though it may be the resolution. pmanahan
chuck
thanks for the comments...i think it still needs some amount of work, not sure where though. i forgot to model some type of shade...meant to do that, but that view isnt bad either... i'm really liking vray, setting up GI is easy, materials are easy, and rendering times are better than max. this took around an hour on a P4 3.0 with 512mb ram- rendered at 1800x1200. no imaps. waiting for Vray 1.5 now... chuck
Crazy Homeless Guy
i think you get the upgrade to vray 1.5 if you purchased 1.09 for free. check first.
skogskalle
yup thats right... if you buy Vray now youll get the 1.5 version for free... plus - if you buy Vray 1.09 now you can download the 1.45.70 beta directly... nice pic btw! you rendered this with VrayFree? how did you set up your lights? I found it hard to render nice interior shots with the free version.
