Hi,

I have been a long time member of this great community and I noticed that from time to time some people use some generalizations comment, to defend a point, or just to answer something that they can't explain, or just to pretend some sort of superiority.

I don't blame them, writing in these type of forums give you a great freedom since nobody will go to your house and punch you in the nose for what ever you wrote. But I truly believe that we are all smart people, proud of what we do and we come very eager to learn from each other, to talk about something or just express some frustrations.

Troll, idiots or stupid people are everywhere, it is a human thing, it happens in Americas, Europe, Asia, Oceania, Africa, Arctics, in the moon and I a sure in other planets too.

So please let's keep the good spirit and do not say because this guys is from that region it will explain his answer.

If you feel attached by some comment you can always PM him/her and try to figure out. but his country or region does nothing to do with his/her answer.

it is a conversation that won't teach you to be a better Arch Viz Artist or 3D artist and only deviate the original question or theme to an ending dark hole.

I am from Chile (South America) I live and work in USA, my parents family are all in Europe so I am strange mix of everything, and you are too, this planet is very F@!&^! up already, let's try to make it better, starting here, every day.

There, that was my rant.

cheers every one ;)

Fco.

I agree but I wouldn't want it to go in the opposite extreme where everything is a fluffy hug-fest. My acoustic guitar forum is just like that - warm and fuzzy and cuddly and it's SO boring. I think occasional provocations and edginess is ok and can get a lively discussion going - as long as it doesn't get out of hand and more importantly where it isn't taken personally.

I agree with you, my point was to generalizations, not to stop passionate spirit :p

It can be very easy to say " I don't agree with you, because I think I have way more experience than you regarding this matter" instead of Saying, "Sure since you are from Mars you think know more". That's my point, because it actually can be some from Mars that really know his craft, you know ;) besides it does not mean that every martian is like that.

I am very passionate with everything I do, and when I think I know what I am saying I will stand my ground, but I also have respect for some one else that disagree with me. why should I try to insult him if he think different. This is a very deep concept ;) ha ha ha
