Modeling a flower bouquet

HI,

I was wondering if there is a short cut or easiest way to do that?

or I will have to model each flower and leaves manually one by one?

 

 

Any idea and direction is much appreciated.

Hi,

I would say just buy individual flowers and combine and mix and match that way you don't have to like model all of them.

 

You can try some of these, check what type of flowers you want in your bouquet, don't look at the texture or the material as this will be something that you can change on the model, check the model polygonal details.

Those links you gave could be used for spot on visualization purpose. but I need to create much more detailed and customized model. And I need to do it myself.

The process will be slow, painful polygon modeling, there is not other way in Max, of course you''l have to use all your tool arsenal such array, mirror, deformers and what not, I been there done that I don't like it a bit ;p

If this is one time purpose I try to buy it, if for some reason you need to model it, I will recommend to try a plant modeler, it will give you faster and better results than the traditional Max modeling.

E-on Plant factory seems to be working really good for things like these, speed tree or exlevel plugin have specific tools for this type of modeling.
