ingemar
I have a camera following a road through a landscape and now I want to make the ride in the opposite direction, following the exact same path, with another camera. There should be an easy solution to this, but I can't figure it out... Anyone got an idea? ingemar
IC
Hmmm that sounds like it should be easy but when you think about it your head starts to hurt. What about attempting to copy and paste the keyframes from the first camera to the second in reverse order in the graph editor? (easy enough if there's only a few) There must be a plug-in to do that. Have you searched Flay?
Allen
Can you clone your camera then go to your graph editor and invert your channels?
ingemar
It was actually terrifyingly simple once I started testing around more serious. After cloning the camera I opened the graph editor and selected the Rotation.H channel. I then multiselected all the keyframes (with the RMB) and dragged the arrow beside the value. I rotated the camera till it looked good and all the other keyframes followed! This is something I probably will use quite often... For an infrastructure project like the one I'm doing now it's a huge timesaver. ingemar
