TomD_Arch
I'm thinking about getting a pair of Gunner Optical glasses for reducing eye strain while working at the computer. Does anyone have any experience with these or another brand of spectacles for reducing monitor glare and eye strain. I wear a prescription as well, which is what attracted me to the Gunner's int he first place, was they offer them in prescription as well.
Francisco Penaloza
There was a similar thread not to long ago talking about this mere issue. You can read a long. I have Gunnar glasses, they are prescription glasses and for me they work very good. http://forums.cgarchitect.com/77780-health-issue.html
Zdravko Barisic
In the meanwhile, carrot is your best friend. I am not talking this just to make myself clever, but due to my own carrot expirience. Fresh, boiled....whatever...almost every day. Good luck!

notamondayfan
To avoid eye strain, first wear correct glasses, calibrate your monitors, don't sit too close, take breaks, and don't work in dark environments.
Zdravko Barisic
Is it supposed to be funny ? No, it is not supposed to be funny, but truly. I respect your post very much, as you tested all of it real life. I mean on Vray. But, on mrkva or carrot, leave it to me, i tested on myself for last 2 years, and I am feeling very well, I have no eye issues any more, and I am wearing glasses since my 5th. .... To be honest, I also have been like you, ''carrot is urban legend for eyes health". But, after I've heard expirience of local professional car driver, about carrot, I've began to use it in my everyday life. Bratski pozdrav...
