Check your UV mapping and see if there's no double faces there.

 

If you're not sure what we're talking about, then select that wall, stick a mapscaler on it or a uv map in box mode and tick "real world scale" and re-apply the texture.

If there's double faces, then in a quick trick (but not ideal solution) could be to set your secondary rais biasd to 0.01 (in VRay's Global Switches)
