Westport waterfront is at the forefront of a new wave happening in the city of Baltimore. As part of the Urban design project at Catholic University of America, My task was to develop this mix use apartment Complex facing the Harbor.

The horizon of your building should match the horizon of the shore - otherwise it means the shore is up on a hill of water.

 

But the inexcusable thing you did is you forgot the birds.

i would also add a riot, maybe tear gas smoke coming from one of the balconies?

I remove the background image . The distance become blurred over a progression distance not straight away.
