V ray render Problem Help help

Hi all,

 

problem 1 ..i am facing problem while region rendering in v ray i have v ray 3.0 i am getting color patches .when i change the region place it shows correct rendering if i region render at same place again i get color patches please help i have checked all render setting no samples on in DMC

 

2. when i start my computer i have to launch licence server daily is it necessary to launch license daily ?
