3Ds Max Error with Command Panel Display

Hello.

 

Please I really Need help with respect to this issue.

 

I just got a new Dell laptop and I have updated my AMD drivers from AMD Site with the updated version but Max has refused to display my command panel properly.

 

Its keeping all my command button functions on the right and I cant view or access them.

 

I initially thought I could manage it but I am working on a little model and its seriously slowing me down.

 

I have been at it all day and have checked various sites but its like no one has similar issues.

 

I use max 2009 -64bit which is the same installation I used for sony laptop (Win 7) and it works good until i installed on my new dell (Win 8.1) and this is what am faced with.

 

Any recommendation would be of great help.
