ADT Book resources

Are there any good books or online resources that will take you through a project from start to finish with out doing any of the steps for you?

 

I am doing the ones in the program right now, and from the very beginning it already has made some of the things.

When you say project do you mean a design project in ADT or an actual construction project or what? Are you wanting a good ADT resource book? Please provide more infor.

An actual construction project or just a project that the book would go through so to teach the different apects of the program. I have begun working on the project in the tutorials in the program. Now this is fine and all, but it seems that it is going to do things for me.

 

And i can tell that the program has shortcuts it can od for walls and such, which is fine. But i would rather know how to actually do those first. To go into the program and make the doors and the walls for the 3d building.

 

I hope this helps if not, i will try to explain it better.

 

And in regards to the book, i would be happy if it was a good book, but as long as it explains what it does well, and why it is done this way. I am happy. But if you have any recommendations on books, please tell me those as well.

Thes series of books by Paul Aubin (http://www.paulaubin.com/books.php) are very good. It covers everything that ADT is capable of, looks at work flow, and is based around a single construction project. I've found it very useful. Hope this helps.

That helps alot actually. I was looking into a couple of his books actually for ADT. The only thing that stopped me from buying one so far was that i wasnt sure if it worked off a single project. Thanks for the info.
