Animation prepass (rendering) mode very very slow, please help

Hii everyone,

 

i started to render animation 150 frames by using animation prepass mode in irridiance map

and it took me awhile to get the results (40 mins/f )

 

then i changed to animation rendering mode to get the final results and it takes forever although if i try to render a single shot it would take only 30 mins ?

 

any ideas ?

 

my settings is not that big : i used the same settings as shown in this tutorial
