How to use vray sun in 3ds max

Hi every one i am working on exterior and interior.. i am not abt to use vray sun properly i gone through many tuts but i am not getting realistic as they get..i am getting too brightness when i change the position also i am getting the same i am using vray camera..can any one help me to use vray sun and i need exterior vray settings also.
