Rich O
So I have a 2500 frame animation that is 98% done except a handful of frames which are problematic...and it is just munching through my renderpoints trying to finish them. I want to cancel and re-render these frames once I fix whatever the problem is, BUT I am reluctant to cancel in case I lose all my 2450-odd already-rendered frames! There is a pause option but it doesn't seem to be doing anything I cant get hold of any of their support people because its the weekend (and yes I did thoroughly test-render, sent a test of every 50th frame last night which, resulting in 50 frames total, only used about 30 render points.) anyone know if it will keep my frames I've already rendered? I can't download them because I'm in negative render points now. This is a nightmare, I am watching money go down the drain Edited August 30, 2015 by Richard7666
James Vella
you can cancel at any point and it will send you the completed frames. Dont watch your money go down the drain.
