vadsemir Posted September 2, 2015 Share Posted September 2, 2015 Hi guys, Well, i have imported 3d model of building from Sketchup into 3ds Max. It is currently Editpoly. But the Vray material assigned to this 3d model is not being rendered correctly: i can`t see the bump, which is though seen on regular Cube, created in Max. bobbylin Posted September 4, 2015 Share Posted September 4, 2015 Hi Vad! It may be that it has a smoothing issue. Have you tried using a Smooth modifier? It might save your mesh topology. Try to decrease your smoothing angle. Vray anistropy is rather tricky with regards to mesh topology. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
