Terri Brown
Hi JianHui, I had a very brief look and am rushing out, but quick observations: Lighting, good materials and mood are one of the two most important aspects of 3D rendering. You can model a house beautifully, but poor lighting etc will always let it down, and make it look flat and unappealing. On the other hand, a poorly modelled house can be 'masked' by good lighting and textures. Not that that's an excuse to model quickly and omit details, but from this distance I think you need to concentrate on getting GOOD REFERENCE IMAGES and trying to match your lighting accordingly. Keep in mind the rule of thirds when it comes to composition. Study good photographers. Fernando Guerra is one of them. Study his angles. How he creates drama through vanishing points and vast skies. References, references, references...it can't be said enough. Your water is also a bit fake looking. Again, study real life examples - not other 3d art. Keep practising and you'll get there

Terri Brown
Already looking better. Perhaps move the building slightly to the left so that it's not dead centre. You could work on perhaps placing some trees to cast shadows on the ground so that the lighting is a bit more varied. Just a suggestion... I find the vegetation on bottom right slightly too dominant - maybe by swinging a bit to shift house to left you will cut a bit of that off. And I'm not sure if it's a perspective thing, but the house seems a bit smaller and more model-like? play around with focal length of your camera. Otherwise definitely an improvement...
