lanainic
I need help. I started using 3ds max 2015 these days. I can't see any object in my scene unless it's selected and even then it is like wireframe. I'm sure that shaded is checked, and also there is no change when I'm using realistic or anything else. Sorry for bothering if this is some easy issue to solve.. I'm new. Thank you. Edited September 30, 2015 by lanainic /
Fooch
Are you inheriting old scripts or custom setups? that can happen..

lanainic
Thank you guys! Problem solved. It was > customize > preferences > viewports > display drivers > choose driver; and changed it from Nitrous 3d direct 11 to nitrous 3d direct
Josef Wienerroither
You have "adaptive degratation" active in thre viewport ( that highlighted hollow blue cube button in the status bar ) This might have reduced your viewport display to box mode. Just disable this and check again Using Nitrous directX 9 mode , you will miss some speed improvements compared to the Nitrous DX11 mode ...
