palbhambra
I bought a new built ground floor apartment in Oct last year directly from the developer. It has suffered from sewage flooding twice. I complained to the council challenging the planning given to build a low lying property like mine. They have come back stating the FFL in the drawings submitted by the developer shows my property at 44.825 FFL but in the engineering layout shows at 44.625 FFL They have now sent a planning enforcement notice to the developer What mitigation measures can the developer take to raise the FFL, if any ?
