3dmax Vray Camera not rendering, but perspective will

Hi

 

I'm following a tutorial off of youtube and downloaded the scene for it, however the camera only renders a little blue box. Rendering will work in just plain perspective mode. I've attached images to show what I mean. The first Image is the rendering through the camera and the second is in perspective mode.

 

Is there something I am missing that is causing the camera not to work? I have followed all of the tutorial steps. The tutorial link is
