rad_thundercat
I'm not able to find much on google about this. Is there not a % complete column under the task summary? Under the status it only gives me 'assigned', 'waiting', or 'complete' for the individual strips. Thanks!
SgWRX
i don't think i've ever seen a % complete in backburner. if you can remote desktop to the remote machines, you should be able to see the render progress window on it's desktop. that's how i do it. TomD_Arch
I just started using remote desktop to log into individual computers to check status. Love it! I am wondering if there is a way to control how a strip gets assigned to the nodes? I noticed that sometimes a group of strips will get assigned to one computer and even when the other ones have finished their strips they wont pick-up the strips still waiting, but have been assigned to that one node and are not rendering. Can you stop the network from assigning more then one strip at a time to any particular node?
TomasEsperanza
Not specifically what you asked about, but... don't forget Distributed Rendering can help with a single large render too.
