Workstation for Vray rendering real time

hello, I'm a young Italian architect, I am renewing my workstaion, I could use a new workstation for use with vray, 3ds Max, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD

I have many doubts and would like a different opinion than those who already have had, I'd be willing to see this workstation,

 

I would like some advice if this budget is a good station or if I can find better
