Help, PC Build for AutoCAD 2D, Sketchup Modeling and Vray Render (CPU) below $1k

Hi, im looking on an basic working PC for CAD 2D, Skecthup modeling with Vray Render (CPU Render), and Photoshop. Mainly for architectural building only (Small Scale)

 

Im need advise whether to go for i7 6600/6700 or i5 4690/i7 4790,

also quatro K620 or $150-200 GTX only. As my modeling works mostly in simple form and complexity only.

RAM, do i need normal value ram (32G) or go performance pair (16G)?

And mother board that confused me the most, too many model.......
