Resolution Size for A4 print?

Hello guys,

 

I am having to repost this as my thread yesterday does not seem to be working correctly as I am unable to respond to it. Anyway, hopefully this time it will work better.

 

Anyway, just a very quick question. I have had a client ask me to produce some images for him for his marketing of a development project. He will be printing the images on A4. What is the best resolution to render at for print images of this size? Will I need to go up to 4K? Or can I get away with something less?
