smoke3dstudio
First Check if there is no gap between wall, floor or ceiling. I guess it's not a radiosity problem. The light from outside that leaks into the edge of the room may be caused by the shadow bias. I suggest you better use either raytrace or advanced raytrace shadow for sunlight rather than shadow map and reduce its Bias to 0.

jodestroy
if i reduce the shadow bias and render again, it's not working... Do i have to start the radiosity process again before.... ???
smoke3dstudio
From the picture, I think the light around the edge is proberbly from the direct illumination. I don't think it's the radiosity problem. I also face this problem so many times though I have changed the bias. There is a way to avoid. See from the picture, the opening/window of the room seems to be small, so when you put the sunlight outside, just make the light's hotspot and fall off to be fitted to the window size. For example, if your window size is 1000mmx600mm, then the fall off size is about 600mm (radius). So the light will not affect any area but only come through window. smoke3dstudio
Oh!!!! sorry, I see you didn't use render the direct illumination. You use "reuse direct illumination from radiosity solution" right? I've not been to closed with the radiosity for a long time. I think you may need to set the mesh subdivision again. Just make the mesh size smaller.
