leonardoficz
Hey there people. Can you please help me improve myself? I'm trying to render my projects as realistic as possible but I don't think I'm there yet. Can you help me and tell me where should I focus my studies please? These are some of my portfolio personal works. https://goo.gl/photos/VGsBRoaJRKcYFn2t8 I started to modeling 4 or 5 months ago and Archviz became one of my passions. I'm trying to achieve something like that: http://www.purerender.com/en/architecture http://zancanaro.com/en/ http://www.ronenbekerman.com/best-o...t-of-week-2015/ http://www.arqui9.com/ What am I missing? Where should I focus? What else do I need to study to improve?
John Dollus
Well, I never click on random shortened links but, without seeing your work, I think you need to set realistic expectations for yourself. No performer gets academy award level work 6 months into their career.
leonardoficz
Its not a random short link. Its a google photo link. If you don't know that, please don't say like I'm trying to scam, hack or something like that because I'm not 15 years old. And I'm not trying to get any awards or take any shortcuts. What I'm trying to do here is ask people who knows the job to check my work and give me some feedback to show me where should I focus my studies or what should I do to make my work better. I'm not asking random people to take my hand and tell me what to do or give me everything I need, just where to focus my studies to improve. Larissa Holderness
Hello Leonardo - I think you are off to a good start! Keep plugging away and you will get there. I looked at your portfolio and first off I thought, "he is afraid of making materials/textures". I think this because MOST of your renders are white and without any sort of variation of color. Secondly, watch your scale. A lot of the ceilings seem a bit low and furniture oversized. Keep working at it. Watch tutorials, save inspirational images and ask yourself why you like the image/photo, what makes your favorite images pop? Focus on composition, lighting, materials and post work.
