kinaracitra
Please help! I'm currently rendering the interior scene using Vray on Cinema 4D. It resulting the white spot, some kind of unnatural lights/shadow, What should I do? Thank you in advance! PS : My first post!
nejck
Hmm, seems like those might be splotchy GI bounces. A good way to see if thats that is to make a small region render with a higher sampling / GI preset. It might also be you are having some light leaks in the geometry, maybe it is worth double checking that as well PS: Welcome to the forums! Francisco Penaloza
A good rule of thumb for me is always, render brute force first, it take longer but it will show right away any double geometry and light leaks that may be. Using brute force you can concentrate to look for those errors instead of guessing if you GI is involved in the problem. Later you can switch for a faster GI method To me that is your light cash need to be adjusted, maybe reduce size but increase number. Also apply color mapping, your bright areas are way out of control, Reinhard is recommended with a lower burn value, but you could use also exponential or Linear with some post corrections in the frame buffer. and last but not least, check your materials and bitmaps, be sure they are not extreme RGB color like 100% white 255 and on. Best luck
