Issue with all textures "Tiling"

I am new to 3ds Max and found a video online for creating a sky using an image file (360 view of the sky) and applying it as a texture to a sphere which you remove the bottom half of. The issue I am running into is the image "tiles" when applied to the half sphere. I have followed the step layed out in the video tutorial exactly but there seems to be some preset on my software that is doing this.

 

 

Anyone have any idea what the issue could be?
