Shop and Cafe fronts

Would anybody know where I can get either 2D or 3D shop and cafe fronts? I am producing a few images of an outdoor retail/hospitality area which has lots of activity going on. I'm looking for modern as possible.

Thanks, but for some reason I can't get he script to run on 3D max 2015, would you know why? It just says --Type error:set.bitmap requires BitMap, got: undefined????

 

It says it's and 'Encrypted' maxscript file???

Just tried to decrypt it and you have to pay for it. Any chance of getting the script without paying for it from somewhere?

There is also this http://www.viz-people.com/shop/3d-mall-equipment/ from Viz People, but they for whatever reason merged everything in the mall sets into one object which makes it very difficult to move things about, especially as references, so they are hard to recommend.

Thanks, yes they're a bit heavy, great for close up but for a large space it too much.
