Type the same value simultaneously in max like maya?

Hi. in maya i can chose to type the same numaric value like in an object scale X Y Z value at once. Can i do the same thing in max? instade of typeing 4.23 at X then Copy PASTE in Y and then in Z?

I'd like to know this also, though I imagine it's hard-coded

 

Has always seemed archaic how inflexible Max is with entering multiple values at the same time (in many parts of the interface)
