Scene States won't load when Batch Rendering

Guys I'm in a pickle here:

 

-I've set up four scene states with the changes I want to the scene and I've set four different batch rendering slots. The problem is when setting up those batch rendering slots, when it comes to loading the scene states for each view, the batch rendering dialog shows no options!! you know, just the "------------------" line in the box.

 

What's goin on? What step did I miss?

I remember having issues with state sets and batch render when state sets were released. Still havent tried testing them after switching to RPM. Id like to know how this script runs though as I would rather use batch if its working correctly now.
